Requirements to companies in the B2B countries
Local companies must meet following requirements:

• Legal registration and domicile in the B2B country.
• Substantial local ownership or management.
• Experience in the field of business.
• Positive economic results and sufficient ressources to engage in a partnership.

Danish subsidiaries in B2B countries, or any other company construction involving Danish ownership, cannot participate in the B2B Programme as local partner. For more information on ownership, please refer to the "Paper on Ownership" available in the box to the right.

Requirements to Danish companies
Danish companies must meet following requirements:

• Audited company accounts must show a pre-tax profit in at least two of the preceding three years.
• According to the audited accounts for the accounting period most recently completed, the equity must make up at least 15% of the balance-sheet total.
• The company must be credible and creditworhy, and not listed with "RKI Kredit Information A/S" as a bad debtor
• The Danish partner must have the necessary professional expertise in-house to complete the planned activites.
• Applicants must have successfully operated a business in the field covered by the cooperation for at least 5 years. Exemptions from this requirement can be made for emerging industries.
